Hello! I’m Michelle, Founder of Yellow Pilates.

For me, Pilates is a form of exercise that reduces stress, tension, injury, pain and so much more.

I approach the Pilates method holistically in a way that takes into account your body, goals and lifestyle. Building your confidence is just as important to me as building your core!

Everything is made better with a good dose of joy, colour & laughter. I promise you a welcoming, friendly space for you to come as you are. I’m not interested in what you're wearing or how you look - I’m interested in how you feel.

The Pilates method has been around for over 100 years, however the rise of its popularity has led to a vast range of teachers with varying levels of qualifications.

You are in safe hands at Yellow Pilates.

I have been practising & teaching Pilates for a decade. As a comprehensive teacher, I have the highest level of qualifications with the gold standard of training provider: Pilates Foundation.
