    Beginner Course

    ✅ Suitable for absolute beginners, curious first timers and those returning to Pilates after a long break.

    If you are ready to get to grips with the basics of Pilates - this is for you.

  • Glasgow Mat Pilates

    Mat Class Intro Pass

    ✅ Suitable if you have 3+ months of Pilates experience

  • Equipment Pilates Glasgow

    Equipment Intro Pass

    ✅ You are recovering from injury/have a complex medical issue

    Currently only accepting Private 1-to-1 clients for Equipment sessions.
