Our Mat Classes in Glasgow are designed for improving strength, flexibility and confidence.
Classes run on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings for all levels from Beginner to Advanced, plus regular 4-week Beginner Courses.
60 minute classes

Small group sizes, max 12 per class
We use small equipment to enhance exercises and keep classes exciting
Led by expert instructor Michelle who will work with your body on the day & offer adaptations where necessary
