Our Mat Classes in Glasgow are designed for improving strength, flexibility and confidence.

Classes run on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings for all levels from Beginner to Advanced, plus regular 4-week Beginner Courses.

  • 60 minute classes

  • Friendly, welcoming atmosphere

  • Small group sizes, max 12 per class

  • We use small equipment to enhance exercises and keep classes exciting

  • Led by expert instructor Michelle who will work with your body on the day & offer adaptations where necessary

  • Love Yellow Pilates! I did the 4 week Beginners Course with Michelle which really helped me prep for the regular Beginners Classes which I now go to and really enjoy ☺️ Michelle is understanding of different injuries/limitations, always checks in with you and gives assistance and guidance if needed. Very good value for money 🧡
