Private 1-to-1 classes provide undivided attention to help achieve your goals faster & effectively.
Private classes are particularly useful to help with chronic pain, injury, conditions such as hyper-mobility, or if you don’t feel confident joining a group class and want to get to grips with the equipment in at your own pace.
Expert Pilates Teacher Michelle will guide you through a personalised programme using specialised Pilates Equipment specifically designed for rehabilitation including: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrell & lots more.
Often clients will start with Private classes, and then progress to Group Equipment Classes when they feel ready.
